I first got involved with INPS in 2012 when I was a student volunteer at the annual conference. My experience left me with a desire to make the conference friendlier and more meaningful to both students and members of INPS. I was the INPS NE rep for two years and then was offered the opportunity to be conference chair. I have been conference chair for the past two years. This year I am going back to school to get my post-grad certificate as a PMHNP so we decided to bring Jen Wittman on board to help out and co-chair the conference. I've really enjoyed the opportunity to serve the members of INPS and I hope I've accomplished my goal of putting on a conference that is high quality, fun, and educational.
