NURSE PRACTITIONER Opportunity in Lake Mills, IA!

CHD Meridian Healthcare, the nation’s largest provider of directly contracted healthcare centers, is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner/.  Our clinic is located in beautiful Lake Mills, Iowa inside an industrial setting.  This position works collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide quality care.  We provide occupational care as well as acute care services to all the active employees and retirees of our corporate client. The clinic is staffed with a RN, CMA and part-time MD. The position hours are Monday-Friday with no call, weekends or holidays! 

Lake Mills is located on the North tip of Iowa; approx 15 minutes from Albert Lea, MN. The management is quite supportive of the clinic and eager to see more wellness programs.  We see any and all injuries/illnesses that occur in the plant.  We also provide occupational/workers comp services and manage the work comp cases to make sure the employee and the employer are appropriately advocated.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge base to utilize while performing examinations, assessments, treatments, and appropriate referrals.  MSN, current Iowa state license, and certification by the AANP, CRNP, or ANA required.  Prefer 2 years occupational/ER or acute care experience.
